Am I a progressive Muslim? A self reflection

I tend to be a left leaning moderate Muslim but I wouldn’t call myself a progressive Muslim. I am ok with a woman leading prayer, my ex-wife lead prayer in are house 80 percent of the time. I took on some of her feminist ideas. I developed some descent friendship with her gay Muslim friends. I became soft on gender equality and excepting of the changing role of woman in Islam. Though I am still a traditionalist as far as the hadith go I don’t thing dumping is the way to move forward, I think one needs to reform Islam from within..
