So this is the diary thingy. (God, I'm such a little busy body) I also noticed a post a topic to forum **clapping hands** there's a place to start trouble - can't wait!!!
 Okay, now that I know what the diary is, I'm going to have to figure out what the difference between post story and post to diary is.
Oh, maybe I should tell a little bit about myself here. Let's see, okay, this is ProgressiveIslam.org, so maybe I should give relevant information. Little bit of background - I spent about two years debating the pal/israeli conflict on yahoo message board and have been described, by fellow debators as a "muslim" "arab" "liberal" "liberal fascist" "palestinian" "pali sympathizer" "terror apologist" "muslim apologist" oh, and then there is "slut" "poostema" "whore" "bitch" "nazi" on the same message board and among some of the bloggers - it was also thought that I was Jewish.
I started to visit Baconeating Atheist Jew's blog (fellow i/p conflict debator) and also gave up message boards which led to creating my own blog, meeting Steve and Manar and came accross eteraz's blog when I made a comment that Muslims were creating their very own Jesus out of Muhamed. eteraz left a link to a post that made me realize that there were Muslims out there that understood what I was saying. Now, I've read the Quran twice in my life - first time in 7th or 8th grade where scriptures from the three major monotheistic religions were required reading in my father's house. Second time was right after 9/11.
Now, I'm not a practicing anything. I believe in god, but honestly, have been a little put off by religion - especially since 9/11. I've always had a bit of a fascination with Islam and have enjoyed being able to somewhat debate the topics I've found on ali's site and I'm learning things over again. Learning good things.
Scratch all that, mostly, I'm just a trouble maker, oh yeah, and I can be a bit of a flirt and crass as well.ÂÂ

Welcome to the party.
The 'Story' thing is actually not supposed to be available to registered users (whoops!). I'm changing it now, so it's not as confusing. As Ali says, stick with the 'Blog Entry' option, and you'll be fine.
And of course, if you feel like starting something in the forums, do so, but we haven't implemented that feature in its entirety yet.
It's exhausting keeping up with users, let me tell ya :-)

Ali, oooooooooooo, there I am! Now I feel like I'm going to have to make posts (yeah, like that's going to be a problem). time to get busy with those fascinations of mine - I see no new posts up, sweetie.
Ilan, Thank you! No problem with the story thingy.
I'm sure I'll post to the forum frequently - just probably won't be until I get back from my vacation, so maybe by then you will have fully implemented that feature. I'm really going to need it too, as I've allready had one message board relapse - lol. Girls gotta have a place to vent.
I was going to remark to keeping up with users, but I think I'll actually post to the diary about it - lol.
